How To Use Glycolic Acid 70% For Cosmetic Formulation

Application: This can be used to make lotion, cream, chemical peel and many other skincare products. 

The Optimum pH for it to be effective is between 3.5 and 5.0.

The usage rate is between 1 to 20%

To make 10% AHA Peel, use at 14.5%

To make 5% AHA, use at 7.25%

Storage Tip: Store away from light and heat.... It will last  between 24 and 36 months.

Vegetable Glycerine 99.7 USP - 5g

Distilled Water - 93g

Euxyl PE 9010 - 1g

Glycolic Acid 70% - 1g

Mix everything in order and bottle.

Adjust pH to 4 - 4.5 (This is very important to prevent irritation)

Use once daily.

Discontinue use if irritation occur (This is unlikely).

Please do not overuse Glycolic acid, the above recommended usage rate is safe for all skin types.
