Shipping policy

All orders placed on www.pureblendnaturals.com in Canada will be processed in CAD. 

 Orders shipped within Canada will be shipped through Canada Post. We have three options available based on your location.

All Canadian orders will generally ship from our warehouse in Mississauga & Toronto, Ontario.

The GST (Goods and Service Tax) will be calculated and collected upon checking out. 

NOTE: All orders are processed in two business days except orders placed after 12 noon on Friday.

We do not process or ship orders on weekend.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. 

Pure Blend Naturals has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any reimbursement of customs fees or taxes.

International shipping times vary depending on region and service selected. It can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks for your order to arrive.

Orders shipped Worldwide Expedited typically take 6-10 business days for delivery.

Worldwide Express International orders will take around 3-5 business days for delivery.

Please select shipping option with tracking during check out to help with proper tracking of your order.

Orders shipped to countries outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

ORDER CANCELLATION INCURS PROCESSING FEE

All order cancellation incurs processing fee.

Because we process our order within 40 minutes of receipt, all order cancellation will incur a processing fee of $10 or 20% restocking fee whichever amount is greater.

You will be charged $10 or 20% restocking fee whichever amount is greater in the event you plan to cancel your order. Please keep this in mind before placing your order.
