Can I Cancel My Order
Once an order is submitted, our system automatically starts processing it and we’re not able to make any changes, which includes canceling orders. We apologize for any inconveniences!
What you may do, however, is refuse the package once it’s delivered to you or have it returned to sender (this can be done at no additional cost). We will reach out as soon as we have processed your package back at our warehouse & have issued your refund.
Please email our Customer Care Specialists at hello@pureblendnaturals.com and notify them that you will be refusing your package if you choose to do so.
Can I Make Changes To My Order
At this time, we are not able to make any changes to orders once they are placed. This includes removing an item, adding an item, combining multiple orders into one, delaying shipment, upgrading shipping method, changing an address, or canceling the order. Once you submit your order our team automatically starts processing it in an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please be sure to confirm that everything is correct in your cart before submitting your order.

Why Is My Order Late
If you have not received your order with the specified period you chose, please drop us an email at hello@pureblendnaturals.com , we will check the status of your order and get back to you ASAP.

Carrier Delay
- There could be a delay with the carrier. Please refer to the tracking link that was emailed to you in your shipping confirmation.
- Occasionally packages are rerouted or undeliverable as addressed.
