This is a quality unrefined Shea Butter made from Ghana. It is a crude expeller pressed grade of Shea Butter with no added chemical during processing and extraction.
Due to lack of chemical processing (which is good for you), the product can become solid at room temperature. It has a pleasant odor that does not stay in the final product.
Since it is expeller pressed, it is recommended you heat it appropriately when making your beauty products.
